Thanks Jymn, I think I'm ready for another few circuits. Do you know, I've started playing accordion again and even took a lesson. My short-term goal is to be able to play "What Goes On," bass, chords and melody. I favor the Live 69 version. My longer-term goal, when I think I'll be ready to play play for other people, is Television's "Venus."
Oh I'd forgotten that song, I had to go back and listen to it again. The rhythm guitar is very accordion-like too. I'd also thought that the simple, interlocking parts of early Talking Heads songs might lend themselves to accordion arrangement, maybe like "Artists Only." Yo La Tengo too probably.

How about Wreckless Eric's Reconnez-Cherie. It's got a nice accordion accompaniment.
